Could always taste too see what I liked then almost always combined 2 soups in one.
I hope they do well with the winter coming because they lost a ton of business that went there for the ambiance and service.
Hope this doesn't kill them but I don't see it will do good.
This place was my fav go-to in Evergreen. Loved all the soups and the fun experience of trying new ones and the Ruben was a big fav. Literally came two to three times a week and always raved about it to new comers and visitors. It was a little pricey but I was always happy to pay for the cool experience and great food. Unbelievably bummed they changed everything. Kept trying to come to eat after the "remodel" and they were never open due to new hours that didn't make sense. A friend finally explained they are now a bagged soup grab and go with limited hours and I was floored. Before the change there was always a line out the door as they offered great food and something unique to the heart of Evergreen. The employees were always friendly and remembered you and I always ran into friends when I was in to eat. Had such a warm homey community thing going on. I can't imagine they have the level of business they did before. Even if I did want a bagged soup the hours don't work for me to get there for any. Wish them the best.
Da Kind has changed, but it's still an amazing product that tastes delicious. While I can't enjoy a fresh bowl of soup in the restaurant, the bags have made enjoying a fresh bowl at home so convenient. During our time at Children's Hospital, Da Kind Soups provided much needed, home-style food we could enjoy in a sterile environment. Thank you Da Kind for always delivering delicious, high-quality, made with love soup.
Now I can't do that because of the bag thing. Ruined it completely for me.

Sad to see such an awesome concept, favorite hip soup place change to the worst! We have tried to follow there new idea of only selling bagged soup but the bags are awful, hard to reheat, and especially hard to serve. Also there quart sized bags do not serve 4 but more like 2. Please, please go back to the way you were... it was so much cooler and iconic...
Sorry guys. I used to love going, especially with my mom for girls lunch, however I cannot justify blowing $13-15 on a bag of soup to take home. Your soup is great, but sadly, the changes are not ideal for us anymore.
I don't do soup in a bag no matter how fabulous especially if they are one of a kind creations because I have no idea what they taste like.
