This bank is a sneaky bank that will go behind your back to get an extra dollar. I would not recommend trusting anything that comes out of their smiley faces

Chase also gave me a hard time and did not want to drop the PMI on my house. They finally dropped it, but not with a hassle and it took them an extra 2 month to drop it :( $$$

Not a happy Chase customer, I have been banking with Chase for over 20 years. They will do anything to make a Buck off their loyal customers, change policy's etc. I have applied for 2 different Mortgage loans in the last 2 years, they don't communicate well, ended up going with another bank on both loans.

I have already started moving some of my accounts to another bank. Good Luck !

I called to get an increase on my debit card so I could pay my rent,I was addressed by Tammy Weis, who claimed she was the General Manager of the Store who took my information to identify who I was. Then shortly after she verified my account she accused me of not having any funds in my account as I was looking at my statement online, and had verified funds were available as I just had a Direct Deposit go through the night previous. She told me she did not see any funds available in my account. I asked her to transfer me to her manager as possibly something she could not access. She told me she was the only manager and told me to stop being such a smart ass. As I this enfolded I asked if she would not curse at me, and she replied with, well you don't need to be such a smart ass. Then I asked who her manager was and she told me Karen was the District Manager and would put me on hold then transfer me. She hung up the phone on me. So I called back and politely asked to speak with Karen the District Manager, I was then threatened that Tammy Weis would cancel my account if I was to call back again to resolve my issue. I hung up and called the 1800 number. Chase bank is not a bad bank, although being with them for so long, I would not expect this horrible customer service experience.

ATM is behind the building. You do not have to wait for the drive through window - just pull around that line - this can be confusing!

I send my daughter a $50 check from Chase. Chase charged her $8.00 to cash it. ( .
