PS To staff an under-staffed store, you pay a better wage to bring in more applicants. ...especially since the Evergreen store is so profitable.

I had 48 hours to report an issue so I called on Sat the 22 to say it didn't fit. The person in appliances said he wasn't sure what could be done and they would call me on Monday. When I didn't get a call, I called and the women I talked to said it had been more than 48 hours so I now had to deal with the appliances company not Home Depot. I explained that I did call within 48 hours but she again said it had been more than 48 hours so it wasn't Home Depots problem.

A washer and dryer was delivered without a cord or venting. We are still waiting and now have been told it will be another 5 days until we will receive this. This will be a total of 10 days after the original delivery date. Horrible service, we will not be purchasing anything else from the Bergen Park Home Depot.

Got assistance to find the perfect wire type I was looking for and was also presented alternative options. Check out was fast and with greetings and a smile !

I attempted to purchase the same paint brand and color (two colors) for my deck and house exterior, the same paint I bought at this store a couple of years ago. I was told the store discontinue carrying the same base for lack of shelf space.

Again this year, Evergreen CO Home Depot disappoints and fails to meets my needs as a homeowner maintaining my mountain residence. I tire of the store’s inability to maintain an adequate inventory and the on-going excuse, “We are a smaller store and lack the shelve space.”

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the front door to a friendly, knowledgeable cashier at checkout. The store was instock on everything on my shopping list, all at reasonable prices. Five stars!

I engaged in a difficult conservation with store employees about responsibility the store had to previous customers who bought and painted their property with the no-longer stocked base. As well as, how could part of the paint shop be inconveniently shut down for a week.

Earlier this summer I wrote several emails to Corporate Home Depot about my special order they failure to deliver in a timely manner and discovered that corporate is a clumsy arrogant unprofessional operation whose lackadaisical attitude influences the operation of this Evergreen Store, probably because there is no competition in the area. Consequently, Home Depot can afford to compromise on customer service and facility upgrades. This is a negative critique of Corporate Home Depot, not the store employees who work with the limited resources provided and attempt to serve frustrated annoyed customers.

I suppose the size issue could be blamed on my inexperience in buying appliances but why didn't the salesperson ask where it was going and what size requirements I needed to know for purchase? Why didn't the delivery people say I could send it back if it didn't fit?

All in all it was not a good experience - the biggest issue being them not taking responsibility for not dealing with the issue when I called and telling me it was my fault for not calling within 48 hours.

I bought a dishwasher and clothes dryer July 15th. They were delivered July 20th. The dryer did not fit in the space. The delivery guy said it had happened before and if I got a flexible hose it would fit.
