I have not yet rented from them, but will post a follow-up when I do.
After looking at the other reviews, I was hesitant, but decided to call them anyway. The woman that I talked to was quite nice, and said that, until a few months ago, this was an unmanned satellite office, but that now there's usually someone there from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
My review is directed to Enterprise in general. Its not specific to the Evergreen location. My experience was a disaster. The car I rented had mechanical issues. I was told to take it and swap it at the nearest Enterprise that was close to me at the time (Evergreen was not). I had to call myself to try to find a location that had a car. The 800# was no help and the Evergreen location was unable to help. I then left a formal complaint for the District Manager to call me. This was over a month ago now and I've never received that call. I love National, but Enterprise has a lot to be desired.
Went here for insurance rental while vehicle was next door getting repaired. Very smooth experience and friendly staff.
I called this office a few weeks ago to inquire about renting a car. The gentleman I spoke with advised me that because of a recent hail storm, Enterprise had no cars available. I said, "Well what if I go into Denver?" Nope, no cars available. So I called Enterprise in Littleton. They said, "Don't worry. Enterprise has plenty of cars." I'm still puzzled by this. I rent a lot and I was happy to learn there was an Enterprise near me. Looks like I'll still have to go down the hill to rent. :O(
It's a small office I'll start with that first and sometimes they do not have the vehicle you want but, they will do everything they can to get you into a ride especially if you need one in a pinch. Now the staff at this location they where very respectful even picked me up. Everyone there was friendly and make an effort to know you by name and cater to your needs. Awesome experience great job staff.
