Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to see if my wheel could be trued after hitting a rock. Unfortunately, the rim was damaged and had to be replaced. The owner offered to loan me a wheel at no charge and was able to find me a matching replacement at below eBay price within a day! They've definitely won me over as customer. Will come back here from now on for bikes or bike service.
